1. Booking and Registration
- All plot allotments are subject to availability.
- Registration will be initiated only after the full payment of the agreed investment amount and completion of KYC documents.
2. Maintenance Agreement
- Upon purchase, the buyer enters into a 12-year Maintenance Agreement with Red Sandal Farms.
- The company is responsible for the professional farming, security, and upkeep of the trees as per the terms of the signed agreement.
3. Buy-Back and Profit Sharing
- The company provides a market-linked buy-back guarantee at the time of harvest.
- Final proceeds will be shared as per the ratio defined in the individual customer contract.
4. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of the land purchase or maintenance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Machilipatnam, Andhra Pradesh India.
